Custom machinery is our specialty. This machine was designed, built, programmed and tested at our facility. It is used to form and assemble multiple steel segments into motor stator cores.

This machine was also designed and built by our team of engineers, skilled toolmakers, and electricians. This machine is used in conjunction with a plastic injection molding machine to produce finished assemblies ready for market.

We built this machine to be one of several used in a work-cell. It degates blow molded assemblies using a burr free and dust free process. Light curtains are included in the design to protect the machine operator.
