Wire Tester software that monitors a wire's twisting accuracy. An encoder twists the wire, and a camera monitors the wire. A radar graph is superimposed over the image. The software detects where the wire is (green line), and where the wire should be (blue line) based on the encoder feedback. The two angles are monitored over time as the wire is twisted.
